About Usheda

I started out as an Area Sales Manager for high-end Custom Homes in Edmonton SW. Home builders included Vicky's Homes, Augusta Fine Homes by Qualico and Acropolis Homes. In this capacity I have assisted clients from the initial show home walkthrough, architectural planning/drawings, estimating, lot purchase, interior & exterior selections, walk throughs at different stages and the final sale and possession.

I joined RE/MAX Excellence in 2022 as a residential realtor and subsequently obtained my Commercial designation. With an innate interest in Aesthetics (higher Art forms), business, client management and sales, I have struck a balance in my career. I thoroughly enjoy working with my clients and incorporate personalized service with the utmost care and due diligence that the real estate profession requires.

My published work includes Renovations Magazine and The Home Buyer's Guide. I also periodically write useful articles in blogs.

I enjoy getting away from the crowds in summer and visiting small towns and interesting historic sites around the Edmonton area. Elk Island National Park, Banff, Canmore & Jasper are also favourite places to go. Other interests are Classical music, Art History/Fine Arts, Interior design/Architecture, Aesthetics & Gardening among other things!
